Michel Gaultier is the Founding Partner of J&M LAB. He brings to our clients insight and guidance inherited from responsibilities in management consulting, board-level strategy, and general management in companies ranging from a leading private equity group to publicly-listed technology companies and start-ups, in the U.S. and in the EU. He is a trusted advisor who enjoys sharing his outlier’s perspectives and analysis on a handful of industries.

His passions are the creation of value by true entrepreneurs, and the detection of significant new long cycles in emerging industries.

He enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs and participating in judging panels of startup competitions among young students as well as among entrepreneurs-to-be.

Michel’s current focus is on the cleantech industry at large, deep technology including technology transferred from universities, and enabling technologies, so often under-valued.
